Brierfield Lodge
The Brierfield Lodge is a group facility that sleeps 16. The
lodge is built around the Mitchell Cabin, a rustic cabin built in the 1800s,
which serves as the den area. It contains a functional fireplace, sofa, chairs
and a large table. The Lodge has a large fully equipped modern kitchen with
refrigerator, stove and microwave. The Lodge has two showers and three bathrooms
with one shower and bathroom being fully handicapped accessible. The sleeping
room features 16 bunks with storage areas for personal belongings. The Lodge has
a large back porch complete with tables and ceiling fans.
You
furnish all bed linens, pillows, towels, soap and paper towels.
Pets are not permitted in the Lodge. A pet or evidence of a
pet will result in forfeiture of rent and being asked to leave.
Check
In: 2 P.M.
Check
Out: Before noon. Please note that due to group usage, WHEN
POSSIBLE, we can be flexible on the Lodge check in and out. Any
variation however, MUST be arranged
prior to arrival.
Deposit:
A deposit of $100 is required by a designated
deadline. If you are paying the deposit by check the reservation will be held
one week from the date of the initial call. If the deposit is not received by
that date the reservation will be released. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for
deposits and payments.
Cancellations:
A $40 service fee is assessed on any cancellation.
You must cancel 14 days before the reservation date to receive a full refund
less the $40 service fee. Refunds for cancellations after the 14-day period will
not be made. Substitute dates however, can be selected without penalty.
